    • God's timing is perfect! He knows just what you need it when you need it! 🙂

  1. I love that you and your wife run one race together every year. Great reminder to spend quality time doing what our partner enjoys even if we don't enjoy it. My mind chatter distracts me….

  2. I am distracted to the point of addiction, by my computer, especially email. I have so many truly good daily emails, Your Time of Grace being one of them, and when I procrastinate and try to catch up by reading several days simultaneously I also get sidetracked by Facebook posts and store coupon ads, etc. SO much time is wasted. But right now, I am going to sit down and write out a graduation card that I have been procrastinating for about a month! Can you believe that? A month. This former first grade student was good enough to invite me to her celebration and here it is, a month later and no card sent. How embarrassing! And there is more: laundry not put away, bills that will be paid late because of this enormous distraction, many thank you cards not written, just as late as the above mentioned graduation card, a messy house ……………………. How wonderful that God forgives AND helps us to do His will. I need to pray for the wisdom to prioritize my tasks and the strength to act on that wisdom. Will do that first, then the card. Thanks for the wake-up call.

    • Thank you for sharing such honesty! Many of us can relate to you and we all need God's forgiveness daily. Thanks to our loving Savior, we don't need to feel that guilt of our sin! Your sins are forgiven!

    • You're welcome Norlyn! Enjoy our new series that is starting on Monday.
